VX Guardian SC Crystalization is a waterproofing skim coat made from specially formulated chemicals capable of penetrating into the substrate and reacting to create crystals that fill cracks/pores to prevent water ingress from all sides (both outside and inside).

APPLICATION

– Easy to apply.
– Reduces porosity and permeability.
– Enhances concrete durability.
– Can be used on damp concrete.
– Effective for hydrostatic water (negative waterproofing).
– Non-toxic.
– Can be coated with paint without altering the paint color.
