VX GroutMaster 60 Premix is a special mortar (cement + sand) with added aggregates. This material is non-shrinkage, easy to flow, and possesses very high compressive strength. VX Groutmaster 60 Premix is designed for filling fixed voids, such as under the base plates of critical machinery, holes in concrete structures, under bridge bearing plates, precast concrete panels, gaps beneath steel column bases, prestressed concrete beams, anchor bolts, and for repairing voids in vertical concrete structures such as columns or walls.
– No shrinkage caused by cement and water, thus preventing cracking.
– No bleeding, ensuring water retention within the mix.
– No segregation, preventing sand from settling at the bottom of the mix.
– Easy to flow, allowing compaction without the need for vibrators.
